The Bedtime Hour
Introducing our night time holistic treatment designed for all of those who need assistance in switching off from their busy lives and long for a peaceful night's sleep. This relaxing and soothing massage treatment focuses on the areas of your choice, using one of the following carefully tailored aromatherapy blends to help you nod off into a peaceful night's sleep. Your choice of blends include: Yang Ylang & Rose, or Lavender & Chamomile. You will be cocooned in fluffy towels on a heated massage couch and covered in a soft and snuggly duvet. You will be invited to bring your favorite Pj's or lounge wear to dress into afterwards and you will also be offered one of our bestselling Neals Yard herbal tea blends Night Time' to take away with you. This package concentrates on the back of your body, starting from the soles of your feet working up to the top of your scalp. We start with a pampering chocolate body scrub which is applied using relaxing circular motions to awaken the senses and lift tired and dull skin, this is then gently removed with hot steamy towels as we then glide into an indulgent chocolate body massage with a pressure of

Lomi Lomi Massage
Lomi Lomi is a traditional Hawaiian based massage, which means to knead, rub and sooth. Our journey starts with some slow breathing techniques to help you inhale the wonderful essential oils, followed on by a gentle balance of the chakras before the massage commences. The massage consists of flowing massage techniques, along with gentle stretching and joint rotations which will leave you feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and refreshed.
