It's a busy time and my diary fills quickly with some lovely clients not getting the slot they wanted.
If for any reason you cannot make your appointment with me, please let me know so it can be offered to somebody else that’s patiently waiting on the cancellations list.
Life happens, sometimes we forget, sometimes the pub maybe more enticing, but when we are all fully booked and others are desperately waiting for a treatment I would rather you just contact me please. No shows are charged at 100% as per my terms and conditions which are sent our with your consultations forms and Covid questionnaire on your first booking with me. My booking system is fairly smart at sending out reminders, emails and texts so everyone should be appropriately reminded. Please give me at least 24 hours (preferbably 48 hours) notice. Please remember that missing your appointment may be the difference between a small business owner making a living this week or not!
